CWA PROGRAM State Grange Contest start October 1, 2009 and ends September 30, 2010. State Grange Contests are for member and non-members. Contestants may submit several entries in each category but may win only one prize in each class. First through third place awards will be presented. The Amalgamated Sugar Company and the Idaho State Grange will furnish state prizes. Three cash awards will be given for each $15.00, $10.00, and $5.00.

NEEDLEWORK, SEWING & CRAFT CONTEST All needlework will judged by the following division. This will include the Juniors Division. A contestant may win ONLY ONE PRIZE IN EACH CLASS of each contest. Division 1: Adult Division 2: Juniors Section 1 - Ages 5 -9 Section 2 - Ages 10- 14 Section 3 - Ages 15 – 18 Division 3: Physically or Mentally Challenged
STUFFED TOYS & MISCELLANEOUS NEEDLEWORK Stuffed Toys, Preemie Caps, and Chemo Caps are to be taken to State Grange and displayed for a People’s Choice Vote. This group will not be judged at Needlework judging in September. Any item may be brought and displayed.
NEEDLEWORK CONTEST Any brand of crochet thread, yarn or embroidery thread may be used. All Needlework entries need to be to State CWA Director by September 19, 2010. All entries must have a 3x3 labeled attached with name, address, local Grange and CWA, Junior’s need to include age.
