Year 2010 HONOR GRANGE PROGRAM
SUBORDINATE The Honor Grange Program is to reward those Subordinate Granges that are succeeding in being an exemplary Grange. This means helping in the community through Community Service projects and having active members. The Honor Grange Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each Grange in Idaho will have an opportunity to win a plaque when it first achieves one of these levels. Each year thereafter, if the Grange qualifies, it will receive a bronze; silver or gold bar with the year of the award engraved to attach to the plaque.
To receive an award, each Grange must keep track of its progress on the checklist for one year from September 1, 2009 to August 31, 2010. The Grange will need to designate one member as the Tracker. At the end of the year, the Tracker will need to send the application to the State Office by September 10, 2010 with a brief summary of what level the Grange has achieved. The plaques or bars will be dispersed at State Session in October. We look forward to presenting your Grange with a plaque.
